Would this person be a good person to roommate with, and be friends with?

I have this friend, we were really close in high school, and we lost contact about 10 years ago.I ended up getting back in contact with her about a year ago, and she seemed to be the same type of person.She uses men to pay for everything, doesnt have any interests, but I still would hang out with her from time to time.I moved away for a few months, and my other friend and her became close I guess, even though she was telling me she was tired of her calling her and stuff,so all of a sudden my friend from high school would call my friend, instead of me, its so bad that if she wants to tell me something she asks my friend to ask me.So now my high school friend asked me If I would like to roommate with her, because she doesn't really have anywhere to go, but she told me she can't put her name on the lease..so she wants me to put it in her name..and so I'm feeling a little antsy about this,because she doesnt have a stable permananent job, then on top of that I tried to add her to my yahoo messenger account and she denied the request,so I'm just really confused as to if this person really is my friend, and I'm trying to understand why she doesn't communicate with me..its weird.
