I am a picky eater, but need help.?
They say that you have to become used to a food before you will like it. So if someone in your family is having broccoli for lunch (just as an example), ask if you can take a small bite of it. Try this technique over the next few months, trying to "try" the food 15+ times. In theory anyways, you should have aquired a taste for brocolli (meaning you didn't like it because it was bitter, but you got used to it... kinda like coffee). If you don't like it, then maybe you'll never like it? Also, make sure the food is cooked properly and that will go a long way towards you liking it.
