34 weeks high blood pressure ? Preeclampsia?

I am 34 weeks with my first baby. I started seeins in my vision so I called the Dr about it and they had me come in to check my b/p. She had me do a 24 hr urine specimen to test for preeclampsia. I am waiting to hear back about the results. I am kind of worrying because I don't know what to expect. I don't want to have preeclampsia and have to have our baby early. I was just wondering if you can sometimes get high b/p with out having preeclapsia. Has anyone else had this happen to them while pregnant? I don't see the spots in my vision all the time. It has been like 3 days since it happened. Any advice or personal experience with this? And has anyone had preeclampsia at 34 weeks? What happened with you? Thanks
