Someone who knows about implantation bleedin PLEASE help thanks x?

never been a day late ever...today im 3days late on my period and have been bleeding very light bright pinky red.. nothing comes out with my wee but when i wipe there are little bits of blood and also i leave a pan on an check within a couple hours and hardly any blood... does it sound like period or implantation? test negative so far.. really hope there is a chance.. thank for your time and baby dust to you.. x also upped my clomid does last month from 50mg to 100mg but has not affected my period the last 3 months? thanx and baby dust to you reading this xx
