My dodge charger wont start,i cannot unlock the car,sentry key wont work. it shows on the display a little red?

on the display that says in the manualthat its the anti theft system,but the dealership said its the key both keys dont work and car wont come on, at first the car came on for 2 seconds then it shut off by itself what is going on??
