How to install an loc (low lev out put converter?

I have installed amps before so my buddy asked me to help him with his. I have everything set up but he wants to keep his factory head unit( he is not going to buy after market) so how do u hook up the loc that came with his amp it looks like a harness and all of the loc's i have seen have rcas coming out of them how do u install this ?
