Is ielts is necesarry for malaysian visa?

hi this is Mateen from Karachi Pakistan, i wanna apply in Malaysia for student visa, i dont have ielts degree.. what do you think is it possible without ielts,, if yes so can you plzz send me some information about universities in Malaysia... thnx
