Men and Climaxing! Help???

My b/f and i made love last night for the first time since we started dating. Its was wonderful, he maintained a through out, however he did not climax or . He said that is really hard for him to '***'. I didnt want to push the subject as i didnt want to feel uncomfortable. I did the blow & hand job prior and inbetween to try and get him going. But again, he said that it can take a long time to climax, if not at all. Has anyone any suggestions as to what i can do or what could be the problem.. dont know if there are any guys out that that can empathise with the situation and knows some good tips!! Please help as it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
