Is there transportation between MCO airport and SAN airport?

My neice accidently rented a car from MCO but flew into SAN. She paid 100 to rent a car and drive from one airport to the other to get her original rental car. Now she needs to return the car to MCO and get to SAN to catch her flight home. Does anyone familiar with the are have an idea? Thanks
