Tinea Versicolor on my back - how to change Malnutrition?
I got this Hypo pigmentation on my back and found out it is Tinea Versicolor. I am sure it comes from malnutrition (maybe too much sugar...sugar yunkee). I am pretty fit, no overweight, dry climate where I am, not sweating a lot, immune system is pretty fit ...anyway. How can I change my nutrition to not get this again? I cook mostly fresh veggies, meat, pasta, potatoes. Eat multi grain bread with cheese, sausage or marmalade. Drink water, tea, cow milk, coffee and sometimes deluded juices. I do not like soy products b/c of the hormones.
