If you had to choose one of the following natural disasters to deal with, which would you choose and why?

the north. blizzards or snow storms aren't that bad if people prepare in time for them. of course they're a problem if the electricity or the transportation are damaged.. but i think they have to be used to them :) if you choose to live in a place like that you must know what the risks are.
