I am terrified about being rescinded from college.?

So far, I got accepted to Machusetts College of Pharmacy and University of Rhode Island (the PharmD program). Through my junior year, I have had no C's and I've taken a lot of Honors and AP cles with a few regular cles. I've gotten a few B-s but for the most part, I've gotten Bs, B+s, and A-s. This year has been very hard for me (senioritis has a little part to do with it, but I'm still studying some). I have A's and B's in all cles except AP Calculus AB which i have a 79 and AP Bio which i have a 74. Since I haven't had Cs in my freshman, sopre, or junior years but have 2 Cs in my midyear report, is there a chance I am rescinded? But, is the fact that I have Cs in two tough AP cles give me a better chance of NOT being rescinded? And also, since my SAT score was fairly low and my acceptance was probably based more on my high school grades, does that factor into my chances of being rescinded? Please let me know as soon as possible. I'm terrified.
