How do I get from 190 to 130 in 4 months?
So I'm 5'0 and weigh 190 pounds! But like 10 pounds of it is in my ! -_- I want to lose weight really bad. I'm tired of being over weight! I don't have a gym anywhere near where I live, so I can't go there. I do not own any kind of exercise equipment. I don't want to go belemic or anorexic or anything... I am truely embarrased to go running around my neighborhood or even my yard. I've got huge love handles. I want to lose weight there, around my face, arms, thighs, and stomache.How do I get rid of them quicky? I would like to be at 130 by June or July. Is that possible? How many calories should I eat a day to achieve this? Can you give me step-by-step excerises to get rid of this weight? That I can do in my home. I would greatly appreciate it so much! Also, what foods should I avoid?? THANK YOU for your help!! You dont know how much it means to me.
