Does my dog have a perforated esophogas?

Hi, my dog vomited up, along with her food, a medium to large size stone fruit pip that she must have picked up outside. After this was vomited she seemed happier in that she didn't continue to gag or stand in a stooper however she has since been slightly depressed and hasn't made a sound ie barked, whined or any other relatively, normal sound from the throat and im worried im missing something, she keeps licking me to communicate but still seems keen for food and water and excercise (although seems slightly sluggish) and she goes to the toilet as normal etc. I will take her to the vet if i continue to have doubt or concern but was unsure if anyone else knew if the fact that she is doing everything else normal meant she is probably fine? thanks for any help
