Do I have a good workers comp case?

I was working in my job they send me to load a trailer and I fell the box was big and I fainted and was unconcious was taken to ER with head contusion and sprain problems in my back. It still hurts a lot they said i was epileptic to avoid paying for my bills and tried to offer me 1500 but I am still under pain. The paramedics report says that BYSTANDERS saw me loading boxes when they hear a big thump and found me unconcious on the floor. Do you think I have good chances to recover and get treatment. The neurologist said I am not epileptic.and the ER report says I have head contusion and back sprains problems.
